  30.     The problem was actualy more complicated then just fallinb-back
  31. and not falling forward (if that's all it was it probably would have been
  32. caught and fixed in beta testing), but in any case, no your modem doesn't
  33. have the firmware with this problem.  I believe you have the newest
  34. firmware, unless USR has just recently released their Australian 33.6
  35. upgrade firmware (which you'll have to pay for).
